Autumn 2019: Holistic Habits
Often times, our social gatherings center around eating or drinking excessively. Food and drink have always been wonderful tools for bringing people together. But when they are the platform for all our activities, it can lead to an unhealthy lifestyle, budget, relationships and more. Over the last year, I have tried to incorporate some holistic activities into my social calendar. The results have been great! The time spent with friends feels to be of better quality and I feel good on a deeper level as well. Here are my top five holistic activities that you can practice privately AND socially.
